Wine dinners present a perfect harmony of exceptional wines paired with exclusive tasting menus crafted by Executive Chef Shay Cooper, capturing the local flavours of the season.

At this tasting event, guests are invited to mingle with fellow wine lovers and explore a selection of Champagne Billecart-Salmon expressions, including Le Réserve, Le Blanc de Blancs, Vintage 2016 and Le Rosé, served from Magnum bottles with canapés.
