Terms & Conditions:

Valid on new bookings only and not valid in conjunction with other offers. Minimum length of stay of two nights. Stays must be booked in advance a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival. A 100% deposit is required at time of booking which is non-refundable. Rates are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and exclusive of a discretionary 5% service charge. English breakfast is available up to the value of £46 per guest inclusive of VAT and service charge. Tickets to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter in Leavesden are included in the rate based on the number of adults and children stated at time of booking.
