Gennaro's signature dishes

Citrus, saffron and Langoustine Risotto

A true Italian classic, this saffron-infused risotto captivates with its vivid golden hue and exquisite flavours. Combining the finest ingredients with a traditional recipe made with creative flair, Chef Gennaro Esposito’s risotto transports us straight to the Capri coast.

John Dory fillet with lemon & marinated escarole

Flavoured with lemon, a tender John Dory fillet is sautéed with marinated escarole to create a dish that is indisputably delicious and satisfyingly light. The subtle combination of delicate fish and flavourful escarole are enhanced by the lemon’s acidity for a mouth-watering finish.

Il babà with limoncello, lime and anise sorbet

Soaked in limoncello, garnished with candied lemon, and served with lime sorbet, this traditional rum baba dessert is topped with a touch of anise in a surprising twist inspired by the flavours of Chef Gennaro Esposito’s childhood.
