The restaurant’s first foray into Europe, after New York city, Miami and Houston. The restaurant is located in the heart of the hotel and features a large veranda attached to the post-Haussmann façade, overlooking the picturesque Geneva harbour. Rooted in the refined elegance of French culinary technique, Le Jardinier celebrates seasonality with dishes that encapsulate the land’s rich offerings on every plate, reflecting and paying tribute to the rhythm of nature.
