Introducing Haute Gourmandise, Winter Collection 2024-25

Titouan Claudet, recently awarded Pastry Chef of the Year 2025 by Gault & Millau, unveils a chic trolley, brimming with seasonal delights, offers a hybrid afternoon tea experience.  Choose from the mini versions of his signature Yule log, tender gingerbread kougelhopfs, and other gourmet pastries such as pistachio-orange squares.

A vibrant New Year’s Eve

On 31 December, Bar 37 will transform into a glamorous lounge with live music throughout the evening.
To ring in 2025, a DJ will elevate the ambiance from 10pm until 2am, adding a contemporary twist to the sophisticated celebration.

Known for his visionary creations for the hotel guests and at Le Comptoir Woodward, the café-boutique in Geneva's Old Town, Titouan Claudet unveils a Yule log masterpiece inspired by the imagery of an open book - a symbol of knowledge, escape, and comfort. This gastronomic work of art invites guests to immerse themselves in an unforgettable culinary journey.
Available in two flavors, chocolate-hazelnut or exotic, both logs are gluten-free and crafted with the finest ingredients.
