    I understand that medical concerns require me to consult a physician before having a spa treatment and, because of certain medical conditions, I may be refused spa services. I understand that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks or advances made by me will result in immediate termination of the session.  I understand that treatments are received at my own risk without limiting or affecting any statutory rights I may have. I agree that any dispute that may arise out of, or is related to any spa treatment or service, shall be subject to the law and exclusive jurisdiction of the course of the country/region in which the service takes place.
