Flavia, our wellness coach, invites you to discover yoga through group classes dedicated to your physical and spiritual well-being. This ancient practice combines postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote your overall growth. Experience a moment of relaxation where you can strengthen your body and restor your inner balance.

Sound Bath Sessions
If you haven’t experienced a sound bath yet, don’t miss this chance. New this season, the sound bath is an immersive healing modality experienced seated or lying on the ground. Guided by an instrumentalist who creates soothing harmonics using singing bowls and therapeutic percussion, you will be gently lulled into a state of meditative serenity and lasting inner stillness.

Full Moon
Once per month, upon the full moon’s arrival, Flavia invites you to the Yoga Deck for a healing ritual combining yoga, a sound bath, meditation and journaling. Taking place at dusk, above the lapping waves, this ritual helps you release blocked emotions, set intentions and take full advantage of the full moon’s regenerative energy.

Every Sunday on the Yoga Deck, come join us for a truly special weekly yoga session followed by a gourmet tasting prepared specifically for the occasion by our talented chefs. Shavasana followed by delicious flavours above the sea… what could be more enticing?
Our wellness coach
Flavia has over 10 years of experience in wellness and pursued her passion for Yoga, earning certifications from top academies worldwide.
She specializes in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, tailoring sessions for all levels. Her classes focus on breathwork, postures to strengthen deep muscles, and deep relaxation.
