Named after Eden Rock’s first and only other owner before the Matthews family the Rémy Bar & Salon honors the founder’s fabulously wild pioneering spirit. As one time mayor Rémy is reported to have attended an Island Council Meeting with a handgun in his belt.

Guests mingle within the comfortable decor and this with bold cocktail creations in hand composed by Eden Rocks’ mixologists. A new concept is percolating at Rémy Bar & Salon, the sea-facing lounge at Eden Rock – St Barths. Behind plush red velvet curtains, Rémy’s Club, a pop-up speakeasy, opened on October 21st, 2024, until January 10th, 2025, inviting all to mingle in a one-of-a-kind ambiance where time stands still and elegance is the maître-mot.
