The day will begin with a serene hike in the highest hills of Vence, where you will encounter local flora and its authentic natural environment, and each step will guide you toward new and unexpected landscapes.

Accompanying you on the hike will be our Executive Chef, nature lover and sportsman at heart Jean-Luc Lefrançois, who will guide you to the summit of the impressive Baous des Blancs.

Once you’ve reached the top, you’ll enjoy a deliciously energising breakfast in the unique and tranquil setting, which offers breathtaking views over the Côte d'Azur and its rolling hinterland.
