On the fifth floor, the room layouts are now clearly recognizable, and the future configuration of the rooms is becoming distinctly visible. The visible progress on the construction site is impressive and underscores the steady development of the project. Another significant milestone is the completion of the roof, which now fully encloses and weatherproofs the building. While this marks the end of our open view to the outside, it allows for a smooth transition to interior construction and further finishing work.

The first tiles have now been laid on the balconies, giving a preview of the upscale atmosphere our guests can expect. In selecting the tiles, both aesthetics and durability were prioritized to create a stylish yet resilient surface capable of withstanding a variety of weather conditions.
