On good authority from Lady Whistledown, a social event not to be missed is coming to the ton this season...

Dust off your Regency best, as we present a new afternoon tea experience inspired by Bridgerton. The latest in our innovative series of seasonal afternoon teas, the limited-edition menu pays homage to the Regency era; a time of great revelling and high style, of elegant parties, balls, and grand dinners, with a contemporary twist.

Setting the scene, the Bridgerton Afternoon Tea takes place in The Lanesborough’s richly decorated Regency dining room in Knightsbridge, naturally illuminated during the day by a domed glass roof.

Carefully crafted by our Head Pastry Chef, Pierre Morvan-Benezet, the menu pays tribute to the key families in Bridgerton Season 3 and is comprised of a selection of finger sandwiches and pastry tartlets, delectable scones, cream and jam, and four signature sweet treats.

Sweet Treats

Head Pastry Chef Pierre Morvan-Benezet's curated cake and sweet treat concept includes four signature highlights - 'The Social Butterfly', a sharing cake inspired by Miss Penelope Featherington; 'Colin's Travels' dedicated to Colin Bridgerton and his passion for travel and exploration, 'The Book of Eloise' a tribute to Eloise Bridgerton's passion for literature and the 'Lady Whistledown' which is bitter and sweet in taste, a little like her narrative.

Friends to Lovers Cocktail

Inspired by Penelope Featherington, the white feather which adorns this cocktail represents the iconic quill she weilds as Lady Whistledown. Crafted from 1800 Coconut tequila, morish cherries and a hint of cranberry juice, balanced with honey & fresh lime juice, this mellow cocktail is a delicious crowd pleaser. A non-alcoholic alternative, the 'Blooming Wallflower' is also offered.

Festive Afternoon Tea

Presented under the glitter chandeliers of our grand Regency dining room, our celebrated Bridgerton Afternoon Tea is reimagined for the festive season, with charming yuletide features, regal hues and exquisite tastes. The menu features a selection of finger sandwiches including roast Norfolk turkey with cranberry, chestnut and sage, warm miniature mince pies, a selection of sweet treats and more.

Crafted in collaboration with our tea supplier and the producers behind the hit Netflix show to be the signature tea serve, our Bridgerton Blend Afternoon Tea is a delightful rich and floral black tea blend with delicious sweet tones of fruit and rose petals.
