L'Apogée Courchevel
The height of Alpine glamour
Reopening December 13, 2024, a new season at L’Apogée Courchevel is set to dazzle on our soaring peak overlooking a former Olympic ski jump, blanketed in glistening white snow.
This season brings an array of culinary surprises in the form of our new Spanish tapas bar, Carmen, by Chef Angel Jimenez and the launch of our Italian pop-up restaurant, Giovanni’s, after its success at our sister property, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. For an unforgettable experience, our ‘Caviar & Constellations’ offer takes you up a picturesque peak for an exclusive Petrossian caviar tasting. And for New Year’s Eve, we’re bringing French Baroque back for the contemporary era.

Named after Chef Angel Jimenez’s grandmother, Carmen is our newest dining concept bringing authentic flavours from Spain to L’Apogée Courchevel. With a tapas menu that echoes the chef’s family culinary traditions, Carmen invites you to take a seat at the counter for a journey of discovery with dishes meant for sharing.
Initially launched at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc on Cap d’Antibes, Giovanni’s joins us here in the Alps as a pop-up at the heart of the hotel. Enjoy Italian classic dishes, outstanding pizzas and pastas, decadent desserts and refined cocktails in the laid-back elegance of this warm, trattoria-inspired restaurant.
We’re ringing in 2025 in grand fashion with a glamorous celebration taking inspiration from the French Baroque era. At Midnight Baroque, virtuoso musicians, dancers in opulent dress and a 7-course dinner by Executive Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois will transport you to a world of regal refinement with a modern touch.
Reach new heights of elegance with a trip to a secret refuge near Cap Horn for a truly special Petrossian caviar tasting. The journey up by snowmobile or snow groomer takes you through outstanding landscapes to a beautiful chalet where a team member will guide you through the tasting, to enjoy with exceptional Champagne or vodka.
