Le Saint-Martin, a highly-refined restaurant, celebrates the talent of the two Michelin star chef, Yannick Franques, who blends the best of traditional and modern cooking. A former student of Eric Fréchon (amongst others), he gives French classic dishes an inspired, new look.
In the summer, dine out under the shade of century-old olive trees at Grill L'Oliveraie which is set in the gardens near the pool and offers luncheons of gourmet delight.

Enjoy the atmosphere of the wood-panelled bar, which is decorated with antique furnishings and features Gobelin and Aubusson tapestries.
